Everything you need to know about getting your Turmicare order to you — and what to do if something is not right.
Shipping
- Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and is free on orders over $75. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for a flat rate of $9.95.
- International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected countries. International delivery times are 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking
- Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns
- Return Window
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- How to Return
- To initiate a return, email us at turmicare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
