Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your Turmicare order to you — and what to do if something is not right.

Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and is free on orders over $75. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for a flat rate of $9.95.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries. International delivery times are 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at turmicare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
